Return Policy

Cancellations & Refunds

At Safe Vault Pros, we pride ourselves on having the best return policies in the industry. Cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge (exceptions apply such as custom orders, see below). Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at 888-850-9323, the chat in the bottom right, or email sales@safevaultpros.com any time.

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as these products are put into production specifically for your order. These units are custom-made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order, they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us. All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.

Refunds and Returns

While we fully stand by every product that we sell, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn't exactly what you were hoping for. That's why we offer a 30 Day Return Policy.

Products sold at a discount are not eligible for return and are discounted accordingly at checkout. 

Please note, you as the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the item(s) in your order as well as a potential restocking fee.

Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse(s), we will send you an email notification that we have processed your return payment (minus a 10-40% restocking fee*) to your original payment method.

*Please note: In order to receive a full refund for the item(s) ordered, the item(s) must arrive back to our distribution center in "Like New" condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories. "Like New" means that the item(s) must not have been used and not show any visual signs of wear. If items are returned with visual signs of wear, or have any minor issues due to use, items may still qualify for return for “Refurbished Use”, in this case up to a 40% restocking fee will be assessed. Items that are damaged or are showing significant signs of wear will not be accepted and no refund will be given.

Safe Vault Pros reserves the right to inspect all return products and may reduce the credit if the product returned is damaged, not in "like new" condition, or incomplete. If shipment is refused or undeliverable, a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping fees will apply.
