Upon placing your order, you'll promptly receive a confirmation email containing all the relevant order details. This confirmation signifies that our system has successfully processed your order and pre-authorized your credit card. Following this, our shipping team will forward your order to the distributor and/or they will prepare your order for immediate packaging and shipment. If for some reason you have not received your shipment within a reasonable timeframe or have not heard from us, feel free to reach out at sales@safevaultpros.com.


Shipping Times

We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelming demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers, and so on). Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Safe Vault Pros’ control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.


Shipping and Delivery Options for Large Safes

Curbside Delivery

Curbside delivery provides delivery of your item to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include set up, assembly of any items or removal of any packaging materials.

Garage Delivery

Garage delivery provides 1-2 person delivery of your item to the garage only. This service does not include set up, assembly of any items or removal of any packaging materials.

White Glove Delivery

White Glove delivery provides 2 person delivery of your item up to 2 flights of steps inside the home. Pathway, staircase and landings must allow sufficient space for the item and moving equipment. Item is unboxed, shipping feet or pallet removed, and item placed in desired location. After placing your order for White Glove delivery, we will email you a brief site survey form that MUST be completed before we can proceed with coordinating your shipment. To keep your cost down, our White Glove Delivery process works a bit differently. The item will be delivered either Curbside or with Garage Delivery and then we will send our Moving team to your location after to install your safe.


Delivery Instructions

  1. You will receive an email from us with the carrier tracking information once your item has shipped. Your item will be shipped with a common freight carrier to a local delivery terminal.
  2. After the item arrives at the local carrier terminal, you may be contacted by the delivery agent to set up an appointment for a 4-hour delivery window. Deliveries are made 8:00 a.m. – 5:00p.m., Monday through Friday. If you are unable to keep your scheduled delivery window, you may be charged a redelivery fee. When scheduling your delivery window, we suggest you record the delivery agent’s name and phone number for your later reference. Weekend/evening delivery is not available.
  3. Curbside delivery only - Your item will be delivered to the curb at the end of your driveway by a liftgate truck and will be taken off the truck by the delivery driver. Common carriers typically deliver with large tractor trailers and cannot drive on (or operate a pallet jack on) a gravel or dirt roadway. Liftgate service is included in the delivery; however, drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up, moving freight beyond the curbside, or disposal of packing materials. If you need garage or inside delivery, we would you choose that delivery option.
  4. Upon delivery please inspect your item. Any damage to the outer carton would warrant further inspection. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt or, if refusing delivery due to severe damage, please note ‘REFUSED DUE TO DAMAGE’ on this receipt.
  5. If damage is NOT SEVERE (scratches, minor chips, small dents) then please accept the delivery and note on the receipt ‘DAMAGE REPORTED’. We will work with you to get a repair kit sent out to mitigate the damage.
  6. An adult (person over 18 years of age) will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. A signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt. Please note, if you live down a roadway that the delivery truck cannot access, we will be unable to complete delivery. Inside delivery providers typically utilize smaller trucks necessary for difficult deliveries.

When you are making a purchase from Safe Vault Pros, you are acknowledging the following of the Exchange Agreement:

I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery, and notate and take pictures if there is any damage and provide it to Safe Vault Pros within 24 hours of the product being delivered. I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of a new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange. I understand that products need to be returned unopened and unused. An additional restocking fee may occur. I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, that I am unable to receive a full refund. I understand that my order contains only free curbside shipping, any installation or white glove delivery comes at an additional cost found here. I understand that if I return my order once it has shipped, I will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and restocking fees, which vary by product, but are usually around 25%. I understand that shipping date estimates outlined on product pages are estimates and may change due to factors completely outside the control of Safe Vault Pros. I understand and agree that I will not cancel my order or file a chargeback for an order delay or because an estimate time provided to me turned out to be incorrect due to factors outside the control of Safe Vault Pros (such as manufacturing and logistical constraints of our partner companies).


Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive; if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to sales@safevaultpros.com, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.


Warranty

Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost on some products. Give us a call and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a quote.

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur freight charges and the shipping fees for those deliveries are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are calculated after the order is submitted, so your order will be placed on hold until we can reach you by phone to confirm pricing.


Cancellations:

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our 30 Day Return Policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.
